Bring your CNIC and original documents. Everything else is in the resident portal.

The ways to pay, such as bank details and the office cash counter, are printed on every bill and shown in the portal.

Request an NOC for a sale, transfer or bank loan. Ask the RMC office for the documents list and fee that apply.

Ownership transfers, tenancy registration, move-in and move-out permissions.

Residence certificates and record corrections. Original documents are checked at the office.
