Gate Passes
Getting a guest through the gate
Every visitor and vehicle is recorded at the check post. Residents create passes; visitors can ask a resident for one.
Gate passes
From request to gate entry
- 01
Request
You create the pass in the resident portal, or your guest submits a visit request that you approve.
- 02
Verification
The approved pass gets a short code and a QR code. You share it with your guest; it only works for the visit dates.
K7R2QDExample only - 03
Gate entry
The watchman checks the code, the visitor’s details and the vehicle plate, then records entry and exit on the pass.
Visitor types
Who approves each visitor
Every visitor type has its own approval and time limit. A pass stops working at the end of its time, even if the visitor has not arrived.

For residents and visitors
Before your guest arrives
- Who can create a guest pass?
- Owners and tenants, and household members the owner allows to request passes, from the resident portal.
- What does my guest need at the gate?
- The pass code (or QR), their CNIC, and the vehicle whose plate is on the pass.
- Can a visitor ask for a pass themselves?
- Yes. The visitor fills in the visit request with the house they are visiting. The resident approves or declines it in the portal.
- How long is a pass valid?
- Only for the dates and times set on the pass. Expired passes are refused at the gate.
